Car Cruise - Friday July 3, 2009 Fairhaven High School to Shipyard Park

The North Fairhaven Improvement Association, Prowlers car club, and the DownShifters car club, will be holding their third cruise night on Friday July 3rd, 2009.  The event will begin at Fairhaven High School, 12 Huttleston Avenue, Fairhaven at 5pm and then cruise to Shipyard Park in Mattapoisett for ice cream after.

NFIA Annual Easter Egg Hunt - Saturday April 11th 2009 @ 9am

The NFIA annual Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday April 11th at Livesey Park, 9:00am sharp. 

Children in different age categories search for candy eggs and for specially marked wooden eggs that can be redeemed for prizes. The Easter Bunny will be on hand to oversee the activity. The event is free and sponsored by the North Fairhaven Improvement Association.

Main Street, Fairhaven, from Benoit Square to St. Mary’s Church, 5:00 p.m

NFIA Car Show and Fun Fair this Sunday July 27th!

The North Fairhaven Improvement Association will hold it's 13th annual Car Show and Fun Fair this Sunday, 7/27 from 10 a.m-4 p.m. at Livesey Park, in North Fairhaven . The event is Free and open to the public. There will be live entertainment, activities, and children's games. Food and refreshments will also be available.

Rain date: Sunday August 3rd.

Plan to Walk in Fairhaven's July 4th Costume Parade
The Town of Fairhaven Office of Tourism and the Fairhaven Village Militia invite the public to take part in Fairhaven’s annual American History Costume Parade on the morning of Friday, July 4, 2008.
 
Participation in the parade is open to anyone wearing a costume depicting any period of American history from 1620 to modern times or anyone dressed in patriotic style.
 
Local organizations and sports teams and scout troops are welcome to march in costume or in uniform. Military personnel and veterans are invited to march or ride in uniform.
 
Decorated wagons, baby carriages, or floats as well as antique or classic vehicles may be entered in the parade.
